"Defacto" ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATION
CEREMONY
ARRIVAL / SETUP
We begin arriving 2-3 hrs. before your Ceremony. We set up all sound/ equipment needed, mic your officiant, and dress to impress with the colors of your wedding!
PRE-CEREMONY
Next, We set up and start your pre-cessional music 30-45 min before your guests are seated. We work directly with You and your coordinator for a flawless entry.
SOCIAL / COCKTAIL
After your ceremony, while you are taking Family, bridal pictures We keep your guests entertained with complimentary music and a fun up-beat atmosphere.
RECEPTION
INTRODUCTIONS
Now, its your time to shine! We get all your guests seated and informed of the itinerary for the evening. After, we ramp up with “red carpet esque” Bridal & Grand introductions!
SPECIAL DANCES
Everyone’s complete attention drawn as we set the floor for your First dance as Husband & Wife. Followed by the Father/Daughter, Mother/Son or any special requests.
DINNER / CAKE
During dinner we provide a microphone for the blessing, help release tables for the guest and direct attention when time to cut the cake! All with select musical accompaniment
GAMES / TOASTS
We provide popular games such as “the shoe game” and dollar dances for guest involvement. As well as wireless microphones for Best Man & Maid of Honor toasts!
GIANT FAMILY SELFIE
We offer a fun and picture perfect opportunity to capture the moment with all of your family & guests.
BOUQUET / GARTER
If traditional, we work with your photographer to help facilitate your bouquet and garter toss by injecting energy and enthusiasm with guest interaction!
RECEPTION
Let’s be real! This is the No. 1 reason why you hire a D.J. for your Wedding. As Dj’ing is our foundation, with our experience/skill set we have the tools to make your dance party epic!
